In these classes, we will explore traditional principles of yoga through age-appropriate themes, games, art activities, and more.
Children will participate in breathing exercises (Pranayama), various postures (Asana), and relaxation/meditation (Savasana) in order to bring balance to their often busy, stressful lives.
They will gain empowering tools to help them not merely survive but thrive and flourish!
